Call Forwarding Off-Hook Alarm
Attendant Override Serial Call
Overtime Call (Option)

 

CALL FORWARDING (All Calls, Busy, No Answer)

To Activate Call Forwarding for a Guest/Administrative Station

  • Press an idle LOOP.
  • Dial the associated call forwarding access code (e.g. 12).
  • Dial the tenant number (e.g. 01).
  • Dial the originating guest/station number.
  • Dial the terminating guest/station number (usually the attendant).
  • Press RELEASE.

To Cancel Call Forwarding

  • Press an idle LOOP.
  • Dial the call forwarding cancel code (e.g. 13).
  • Dial the tenant number (e.g. 01).
  • Dial the originating guest/station number.
  • Press RELEASE.

To Answer a Call Intended for a Forwarded Station

  • The associated lamp flashes (e.g. BUSY, NANS, ICPT).
  • Press the associated ICI key for first priority answer or the ANSWER key for FIFO.
  • The attendant processes the call in the usual manner.

ATTENDANT OVERRIDE

To Override a Truck Connection

  • Press TRKSL.
  • Dial the desired trunk route.
  • Dial the desired trunk number.

Busy Tone

  • Press BV (Busy Verification). A warning tone is sent to all parties alerting them to the override.
  • Press RELEASE. The attendant will be disengaged.

To Override a Guest Room in Do Not Disturb

  • Dial the guest station number; the console displays tenant number, route restriction number, station number and room status (Do Not Disturb).
  • Press DND OVERRIDE.
  • Press RELEASE for an unannounced transfer.When Guest Answers, Announce the Call
  • If the guest wishes to speak with the calling party, press RELEASE.

Or

If the Guest does not Wish to Speak with the Calling Party

  • Press CANCEL; inform the calling party of the call status.
  • Press CANCEL to disconnect.

Override a Guest Room/Station Connection

  • Press an idle LOOP.
  • Dial the desired guest room/station.

Busy Tone

  • Press BV (Busy Verification). A warning tone is sent to all parties alerting them to the override.
  • Press RELEASE. The attendant will be disengaged.

OVERTIME CALL (OPTION)

An Outgoing Call is Continuing Longer than a Predetermined Time (e.g. One Hour)

  • Incoming call indication is made to the attendant.
  • Press OT; a three-way conference is established.
  • Check the status of the call.

If Call is to be Continued

  • Press RELEASE.

If Call is to be Discontinued

  • Press DEST.
  • Press CANCEL.
  • Press CANCEL. The connection will be terminated.

OFF-HOOK ALARM

A Guest Room or Station Remains Off-Hook for a Predetermined Time

  • ┬áThe EMG lamp flashes and an audible tone is heard.
  • ┬áPress EMG. The attendant is connected to the station; the console displays the station number and room status.

SERIAL CALL

  • Answer an incoming C.O. call.
  • Dial the desired guest room or station number.
  • Press SC. Serial call is automatically set and the attendant is released from the connection.
  • The guest room or station to which the call was extended replaces the handset.
  • The LOOP lamp flashes and an audible signal is heard.
  • Press the associated LOOP.
  • Extend the call to the next station in the series using the above procedure.
  • Press RELEASE.
