imagesAt Nextcom we welcome and appreciate your referrals.

To show our appreciation for sharing your confidence in us, we have developed the Client Referral Program (CRP), an exceptional program designed to reward you for your recommendation.

Why this Program?

Prospects who have been referred, will have already heard from the best judge of our quality, reliable and exceptional service, You, our valued customer.

There is no better testament to our capabilities than someone who has first-hand experience with the level of customer service and support that Nextcom provides and this is our way of thanking you for your help.

How does CRP work?

Our client referral incentive plan is pretty straightforward: mention us to colleagues or associates, bring us new business* and when the client makes a purchase, you will get a referral fee depending on the total amount of the closed sales.

Participation is easy!

To refer a prospective client to Nextcom you may call us at (310) 360-1000 ext. 285 with the contact information or simply fill out and submit the form CLICK HERE and we’ll do the rest.

CRP Terms and Conditions:

The term *new business means a referral resulting in a signed contract with either a new client or a former client with whom we have not had a contract for at least one (1) year.

Referral Fees:

Referral fee depends on the total amount of the closed sales, broken down as follows:

$ 100.00

$ 10,000.00

$ 200.00

$ 300.00

$ 20,000.00

Awarding of Incentives:

Ø Referral fees are generally awarded within 2 weeks of final payment from the referred client.

Ø There is no limit between the time of the referral and the time the contract is signed. If you make a referral that leads to a contract years later, the fee will still apply.

Ø A referral fee may be split when multiple parties refer the potential new client.

Ø Any fees awarded may be considered taxable income

In the Event of a Dispute:

If there is any dispute over a fee, Nextcom will be the sole arbiter, subject to the laws of the State of California.

Effective Date :

This program has been in effect since July 1, 2003.  Nextcom reserves the right to amend or cancel the referral program at any time.
