When you choose Nextcom, you will benefit from the experience and know-how of an expert installation and support team. Your investment is fully protected not only by the manufacturer’s warranty on the equipment, but also by Nextcom’s guarantee on the installation. Nextcom’s product, material, workmanship, and performance guarantees protect your system against problems and eliminate any risk of your investment being minimized.

As soon as your account executive finalizes the sale of a new system or relocation of an existing system, the project is handed over to a project coordinator who oversees proper installation from beginning to end. The project coordinator will immediately begin to communicate with you to understand your requirements as well as your expectations first hand. The project coordinator is your “single point of contact.” He or she will always know the progress of the installation. In general all installations will go through seven steps: pre-field, pre-wire, terminate, install, program, cut-over, and train. Some installations may undergo all seven steps in one day, and some may take months. This basically depends on the size of the installation, office space construction, and customer’s choice. Your project coordinator will arrange all the dates for installation personnel to work on the project in order to get the job done on schedule.

Once the system is fully operational, it must begin to meet the buying criteria, cost savings and benefits you established. To protect your investment and insure you receive what you’ve paid for, Nextcom has established a 30 Day Quality Assurance Period. During this initial month of operation, Nextcom personnel are committed to assist you in any special way we can. We offer no-cost system programming, system fine-tuning, additional training, and guaranteed “post-cutover” pricing for additional equipment.
