Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) works on a platform that is designed to operate on NEC’s NEAX® family of PBX systems. Up until now, advanced call center applications based on enhanced PBX ACD platforms have been available only on larger PBXs or were restricted as to flexibility and integration capabilities on smaller systems
CallCenterWorX takes the ACD technology out of the switch and puts it onto the processor server, controlling the switch through the use of common interfaces. With the ACD on a server, small systems such as NEC’s NEAX2000 IVS (512 ports) and the new NEAX1000 IVS/VSP (48 ports) can now deploy sophisticated ACD capabilities, enjoying such benefits as:

o Skills Base Routing
o Interactive Voice Response
o TAPI/TSAPI Applications
Also included is an Integrated MIS with optional support for remote supervisors and peripheral devices such as wallboards.
In addition, CallCenterWorX integrates easily with major call center peripherals and has a powerful graphical user interface (GUI) allowing for efficient management of the call center at the click of a mouse. With Call CenterWorX’s buttons, menus and list boxes, accessibility to data is easy with program changes made via your personal or networked computer.
