Nextcom’s service team includes factory trained field technicians, engineers, and trainers who are on the field providing service every business hour of the week in Southern California. All field representatives are equipped with the latest test equipment and drive company owned vehicles. Furthermore, when required, Nextcom can tap into manufacturer’s resources such as engineering and software development centers, as well as the factory, to provide a seamless support. This program effectively penetrates our multilevel support system and focuses the entire resources of Nextcom on solving your unique application requirements.

Nextcom’s guarantee response time to emergency service is within 4 hours. Major alarm interruptions or emergency outages are always responded to quickly, whereas minor non-emergency situations are handled within 24 hours.

Nextcom assumes the responsibility for your system’s performance regardless of where the problem is. It is our responsibility to isolate the problem and see to it, that repairs are done quickly and completely. You are never caught in the middle of a multi-supplier confrontation where no one assumes full responsibility.

Maintaining accurate service records on the customer’s installation at the Field Service Center has a direct impact on service response time. A Nextcom technician can quickly access a complete installation and service history on a system to help in the diagnostic process. Our regional technical centers maintain complete dispatching and service records through our sophisticated system. These computerized records are secure, but are also available to Nextcom management for evaluation of our performance.

Nextcom holds valid Workers’ Compensation insurance policy in a form approved by the California Insurance Commissioner.
