PROGRAMMING

1.) From Windows, Click on START / SETTINGS / CONTROL PANEL.

2.) Double click on DATE / TIME.

3.) Enter a new time.

CONSIDERATIONS

Enter the time in 24-hour notation. In this scheme, that hours of the day are 0000 (12 midnight) to 2359 (11:59 p.m.). Since each time must have four digits, use leading zeroes when necessary. For example, to set the time to 9:00 a.m., enter ‘0900’. To set the time to 4:45 p.m., enter ‘1645’.

The time appears on system display phones as a.m. or p.m. (not in 24-hour format).

PROGRAMMING

To change the system time:

1. Press Feature 0 0 System Program System Program # 1 0 3.

2. Enter a new time in 24-hour notation. For example, to set the time to 2:15 p.m., press 1 4 1 5. The display reads:

System Time
Data 1 4 1 5

This time will appear on a system display phone as 2:15p.

3. Select another procedure or exit programming mode.

*Note, “System Program” = Left intercom button!

Timechange: Iwatsu ZT-D

From station 120

To change system time:

1.    Lift the receiver.
2.    Press the Feature button FEAT.
3.    Press the Speaker button [SPKR].
4.    Dial 3.
5.    Dial the current time : HHMM (24 hour clock format).
6.    Hang up.

From station 120

To change system date:

1.    Lift the receiver.
2.    Press the Feature button [FEAT].
3.    Press the Speaker button [SPKR].
4.    Dial 2.
5.    Dial the current date : MMDDYY.
6.    Dial the day (78=Sun, 66=Mon, 88=Tue, 93=Wed, 84=Thu, 37=Fri, 72=Sat).
7.  Hang up.

Timechange: Iwatsu ZT-S

TO SET THE SYSTEM CLOCK, PERFORM THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS WHEN THE MASTER KT IS IDLE.

OPERATION

1) Lift receiver, and listen for the dial tone.
2) Press the following buttons: FEAT + # + 2.
3) Enter the time in four digits, using the twenty-four hour clock. For example, to enter 1:35PM (13:35), press 1 + 3 + 3 + 5.
4) Hang up.

Timechange: Iwatsu EX616

Time change must be performed at extension 20 only.

Timechange : Mitel SX-200

Time change must be performed at the Attendant Console. (If customer does not have an Attendant Console at their site, we need to schedule a technician to change the time using one of our consoles.)

To Set the Time on the Console:
1. Press FUNCTION
2. Press ATT FUNCTION
3. Press SET TIME

The time (which can be in either the 12 or 24 hour format, depending on system programming), is entered as HH:MM, where the HH is hours and the MM is minutes. This example uses a 12 hour format:

When two digits have been entered for the hours, the “:” will automatically be displayed.

Options:
Press PM to register the time as after 12:00 PM, in 12 hour format
Press SET to enter the time as shown
Press EXIT

1. Press RECALL to select day of week
2. Dial # (pound) to move the cursor to day of month field
3. Enter day of month using the dialpad
4. Press RECALL to select month
5. Dial # (pound) to move the cursor to year field
6. Enter last two digits of year via dialpad
7. Press FEATURE (FNC)

Timechange: Panasonic DBS

Time change must be performed at Receptionist’s extension.

Action

1. Press The [ON/OFF] Button.
2. Press [PROG.] Button.
3. Dial [#] and Then [3].
4. Enter 4 Digits for the Year (e.g., 1995).
5. Enter 4 Digits For The Month And Day (e.g., 0406 for APRIL 6TH).
6. Enter Two Digits For The Hour (00-23).
7. Enter Two Digits For The Minutes (00-59).
8. Press The [ON/OFF] Button.

Timechange: Panasonic KXT308

Description

Entry of current time.

Operation

1.       Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE button on extension 11.

2.       Dial (77).

3.       Enter the hour with 2 digits.  (01 through 12)

4.       Enter the minute with 2 digits.  (00 through 59)

5.       Dial (0) for AM or (1) for PM.

6.       Press the # button.

7.       Wait for the confirmation tone.

 

Conditions

  • ·         Instantly after pressing the # button, new time counting will start.
  • ·         Time setting is done through extension 11 only.

Timechange: Panasonic KXT616

NOTE:  The following procedure must be performed from extension 11

1.) Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE button on extension 11

Timechange : Premier

Occasionally, the system date and time need to be reset )for example, leap year or change to daylight-saving time).  Any attendant can use the keyset to change the date and time that appear on all display keysets and in the SMDR and SMDA printouts.

NOTE:  If you make a mistake, lift and replace the handset; then start over.

(1) While on hook, press SPCL and dial 021.  [Displays SET TIME OF DAY.]

(2) Using the keypad, enter the time in hours and minutes.  Then press * for AM or # for PM.  For example, 900* = 9:00AM and 230# = 2:30PM.[Displays SET DATE MM-DD-YYYY.]

(3) Enter the month, day, and year.  (For example, 01011986 = 01-01-1986.)  If you make a mistake, backspace by pressing MUTE.  [Displays SET DAY OF WEEK SUN.]

(4) Scroll through the day-of-week selection by pressing # to go forward or * to go backward.  When the desired day is displayed, press SPKR to terminate programming.  You hear a progress tone.

Timechange : Telrad 2464 Key GX

The attendant usually sets the time, although another station may be assigned this privilege.  The time is set for all stations in the system even if there is a tenant service configuration.

To set the time from the key bx station:

1.) Press [spkr];

2.) press [#] (the display shows T AL) press [time]; enter the date and the time in the following order: – the month, using two digits (e.g. 09 for September); – the day of the month (e.g. 02 – the key bx will not accept 31 for September, November, etc.); – the time using four digits (e.g. 1430 for 2:30 p.m.);

3.) press [time] again;

4.) press [spkr] again.

If you hear an error tone, check that you have entered the correct number of digits for each element of the date and time.

Timechange : Telrad Symphony

Time change must be performed at Receptionist’s extension.

Enter time in 24 hour format: HHMMSS (Where HH is two digits for Hours, MM is two digits for Minutes and SS is two digits for Seconds)

To change program, press: Hold

To submit changes, press: Hold

And to exit program mode, Enter: # # Hold

Timechange : Toshiba DK8, DK16, DK24, DK56, DK96

Time change must be performed at Extension 10 or 200.

To Set the Date:

1.) Press Intercom
2.) Dial Intercom “651”
3.) Dial the Date (Dial year/month/day in the format “YYMMDD”.  Enter a leading 0 for any single-digit month or day)
4.) Press the “Redial” button
5.) Press the “Spkr” button

To Set the Time:

1.) Press Intercom
2.) Dial Intercom “652”
3.) Dial the Time (Dial hour/minute/second in the 24-hours clock format “HHMMSS”. Enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered)
4.) Press the “Redial” button
5.) Press the “Spkr” button

To Set the Day:

1.) Press Intercom
2.) Dial intercom “653″
3.) Dial the Day  (Dial  1″ =Sunday, “2” =Monday, “3” = Tuesday, “4” = Wednesday, “5” = Thursday, “6” = Friday, “7” = Saturday)
4.) Press Redial button
5.) Press the SPKR button. You will hear a Confirmation tone

Time change must be performed at extension 200:

1. Do Not Lift the handset
2. Press the ICM button
3. Dial  “#652
4. Enter the Time in military format(i.e. “13:30:00” for 1:30 pm, display will confirm your correct entry)
5. Press Redial button
6. Press Speaker button

3)    Dial in date (year / month / day) in the format “YYMMDD”.

Enter a leading 0 for single digit month and day.

4)    Depress the # (or RDL) button.

TO SET TIME

1)    Handset on-hook.

2)    Dial “# * 5 2” (or “RDL REP 5 2”).

3)    Dial in time (hour / minute / second) in 24-hour clock format

“HHMMSS”.  Enter a leading 0 for single digit.

4)    Depress the “#” (or “RDL”) button.

TO SET DAY

1)       Handset on-hook.

2)       Dial # * 5 3 (or RDL REP 5 3).

3)       Dial in the day (1 represents SUN, 2 MON, etc. through 7 for SAT).

4)       Depress # (or RDL) button.

Setting System Date

2.)  Enter a 2-digit YEAR (00-99) (e.g., enter 88 for 1988)

4.) Enter a 2-digit DAY (01-31) (e.g., enter 06 for Feb. 6th, 1988)

5.) Enter a DAY OF THE WEEK code:

1 = Sunday
“2 = Monday

6.       Press * to exit programming mode
